Among them, the raw material is high-purity silicon carbide powder, and the density and uniformity of the final product are ensured by precisely controlling the particle size distribution and morphology of the powder. The molding process mostly uses high-precision methods such as injection molding or cold isostatic pressing, and the sintering process is carried out at high temperature to achieve the densification and strong solidification of silicon carbide particles. Finally, after precision machining and performance testing, it is ensured that the silicon carbide ceramic tube meets the high-performance application standards.
