Internal and External Cylindrical Grinder

Ceramic internal and external cylindrical grinder is a machine tool specially used for processing ceramic materials, which can grind the internal and external cylindrical surfaces of ceramic parts with high precision.
 
Working method of internal and external cylindrical grinder
 
1. External cylindrical grinding: The external cylindrical grinder grinds the outer cylindrical surface of the workpiece through the grinding wheel. While the grinding wheel rotates at high speed, the workpiece is driven by the spindle to rotate, and moves axially or radially through the feed mechanism to achieve grinding of the outer cylindrical surface.
 
2. Internal cylindrical grinding: The internal cylindrical grinder is mainly used to grind the inner hole surface of the workpiece. The workpiece is fixed and the grinding wheel extends into the inner hole of the workpiece for grinding. The grinding wheel not only rotates at high speed, but also may make a circular feed motion around the axis of the workpiece to improve grinding efficiency and precision.
