These Zirconia Ceramic Rods are made of high-quality zirconia powder, and we are able to process them with high precision to a tolerance of 0.001mm. ZrO2 ceramic rods feature excellent performance in wear-resistance, high temperature, saltwater, chemical, and metering applications. When corrosion resistance and wear resistance are required, and the packing life needs to be extended, the performance of the zirconia ceramic bars will be the best match.
Zirconia ceramic rods are mostly used as plunger pumps, valve cores, valve stems, seal rods/shafts, etc. Compared with alumina ceramic rods, zirconia rods come with a bending strength of 1200Mpa, fracture toughness of 10 MPa·m¹/², which allows higher flexural strength, excellent fracture toughness, and superior impact resistance.
As a zirconia ceramic rods supplier and manufacturer, Mingrui Ceramic can manufacture zirconia bars and sticks according to your specifications and requirements. Except zirconia round rods and zirconia square bars, we can also customize composite ceramic-to-metal products that bond the ceramic body to the stainless steel components, getting a longer service life. The ceramic rods and bars are available in hollow and solid designs. For custom manufacture, please contact us for more information.
