Aluminum oxide (Al2O3, alumina) and zirconium oxide (ZrO2, zirconia) are the main materials we use, they offer outstanding advantages which make them the ideal choice of structural components for various industrial applications.
We keep strict on machining accuracy, the roughness and dimensional tolerance achieve Ra 0.1μm and 0.001mm. Depends on customers' different requirements, the ceramic structural components are custom-made by the different processes including injection molding, extrusion molding, Isostatic pressing, dry pressing, tape casting.
