These alumina and zirconia sheets / substrates / plates are formed by tape casting, isostatic pressing, or dry pressing etc. We manufacture these sheets / substrates / plates by zirconia ceramic (zirconium oxide, ZrO2) or high purity alumina ceramic (aluminum oxide, Al2O3, purtiy: 95%, 96%, 97%, 98%, 99%, 99.5%, 99.7%, 99.9%, 99.99%).
Alumina ceramic and zirconia ceramic are a kind of technical ceramic material, it has excellent thermal conductivity, hardness, stiffness, compressive strength, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and thermal shock resistance.
Ceramic sheets / substrates / plates can be applied to various industries such as electrical, chemical, mechanical, and thermal applications. Customized size and shape are available.
