1. Automotive Display Ceramic Components
In response to the trend of multi-screen integration in smart cockpits, Mingrui Ceramic showcased high-purity
zirconia ceramic shaft sleeves and flanges. These components offer high-temperature resistance (≥1500℃), strong impact resistance, and are perfectly suited for precision modules such as curved surround displays and AR-HUD. These products have passed the rigorous testing standards of the automotive electronics industry. Numerous engineers from automotive display companies stopped by the booth for in-depth consultations.
2. AR/VR Micro Display Ceramic Components
We unveiled
alumina ceramic sheets with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.005mm, crafted from imported raw materials and precise production processes. These components meet the flatness requirements of silicon-based OLEDs and optical waveguide devices, playing a crucial role in mass production for lightweight head-mounted displays.
3. TGV Packaging Ceramic Substrates
In response to the exhibition's focus on Panel-Level Packaging (PLP), we launched silicon nitride ceramic substrate samples, with a 99% match in thermal expansion coefficient to glass, providing stable support for high-density semiconductor packaging.

On the first morning of the exhibition, we received over 50 professional buyer groups from Europe, the US, Southeast Asia, and domestic markets.
